Watercooler Challenge: Punch Art

For someone who's not that into punch art, I sure seem to be doing a lot of it! This is for the Watercooler Challenge!

A friend of mine had an alien baby growing in his hand (actually just an abscess), so I made a get well card for him. I took inspiration from Kati and made it my own! Gotta love that owl punch...
